Description

  • Inspect, maintain, repair, and install Haas CNC equipment.
  • Prevent equipment problems before they occur through proactive service and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical machine issues quickly and accurately.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to customers and teammates on maintenance best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and Phillips Partners to support shared goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital service reports and service records.
  • Keep track of expenses and complete related maintenance paperwork.
  • Support safe, reliable equipment performance and improved machine uptime.
  • Represent the company professionally while working directly with customers in the field.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Industry experience is especially valued if you do not have a formal certificate or degree.
  • CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is helpful but not necessary.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the month, Monday through Friday, from a residence in Virginia.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally.
  • Ability to track expenses and manage maintenance-related paperwork.
