Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop Account Managers to improve performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and regular feedback sessions for the team.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and system training using ServiceSync WOM.
  • Support recruitment and interviews for Account Manager roles.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and drive timely issue resolution.
  • Lead monthly client meetings and ongoing check-ins with client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership on pricing, billing, service execution, and financial performance.
  • Monitor vendor performance, expectations, coordination, and compliance across accounts.
  • Support work order execution, account management needs, and service delivery quality assurance.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports, track SLA compliance, and support budgeting and profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, or a similar service industry preferred.
  • Background in Account Management, Client Success, or service delivery strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or service providers.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, service platforms, and virtual tools.
  • Comfortable leading Microsoft Teams client meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or upselling experience preferred.
  • Experience with facility management or repair and maintenance operations preferred.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring account managers preferred.
  • Experience with service or work order management systems preferred.
