Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, including expenses, payroll, and payments allocated to the correct accounts and projects.
  • Process vendor bills, monitor spending for discrepancies, and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Manage customer invoicing for recurring agreements, project milestones, and Time & Material billing.
  • Perform regular bank, credit card, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Create custom Excel workbooks for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure sales orders, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and distribution records align accurately.
  • Support payroll reconciliation, including benefits, taxes, and withholdings recorded in QuickBooks Online.
  • Follow established financial processes and escalate risks or process breakdowns that could affect cash flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience, specifically handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, which is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and reconciliation schedules.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage or a comparable PSA/Ticketing system is highly preferred.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify financial anomalies.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English for documentation and reporting.
