Description

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across data engineering, managed services, machine learning, and analytics offerings.
  • Co-sell with Snowflake, AWS, and other ecosystem partners to win enterprise data and AI services opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation through outreach, email, social selling, and regional events to expand market awareness and share.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to scope and present solutions.
  • Own the phData brand, sales, delivery, and customer success for accounts within the territory.
  • Navigate complex buying organizations to identify stakeholders, champions, and budget owners.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, update deals, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Complete training and adopt new company initiatives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services, with cloud, data, or AI services experience preferred.
  • 5-15 years of experience in consulting sales, delivery, or a hands-on technical role.
  • Experience co-selling with technology partners; Snowflake, Azure, and AWS experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft proposals, statements of work, contract terms, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing $250K+ deals that grow into multi-million-dollar customers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and inclusively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Natural curiosity about customers and their businesses.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Location preference for candidates based in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC, or Austin, Houston, or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
