Description

  • Lead and motivate client technical teams by providing technical leadership for modern data platform design, implementation, and ongoing operational support.
  • Guide, mentor, and collaborate with team members on best practices and platform improvements.
  • Build Epics, Stories, and Tasks with technical teams to mature customer data platforms.
  • Delegate to and coach Architects and Engineers to ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Provide delivery leadership across multiple customer accounts and ensure quality work products on time and on budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders and lead leadership discussions.
  • Ensure teams are trained, prepared, and supported with accurate documentation and communication.
  • Maintain staffing levels and balance delivery between US and India team members.
  • Support major incident response, including communication, escalation, staffing, and resolution.
  • Drive process improvement, knowledge sharing, and the creation of accelerators to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Technical Management, IT Architecture, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, and/or Delivery Management.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud/data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, Fivetran, Qlik, Matillion, DBT, StreamSets, Airflow, NiFi, Cloudera, EMR, or Databricks.
  • Experience scoping activities on large-scale, complex technology infrastructure projects.
  • Experience owning incident and escalation processes, including coordination through resolution, root cause analysis, and remediation.
  • Previous experience working directly with global customers and business partners.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills for engaging director- and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and willingness to travel for client visits, workshops, and planning sessions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred but not required.
