Description

  • Lead executive and stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project vision, scope, root causes, and success metrics.
  • Align solutions with enterprise business strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • Map current-state and future-state value streams and business processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and automation or AI opportunities, including human-augmented workflows.
  • Quantify business benefits such as cycle time, error reduction, capacity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data, AI, and GenAI solutions.
  • Capture business rules, decision logic, user journeys, and data requirements including sources, quality, latency, and privacy constraints.
  • Define model behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop interactions, along with non-functional needs such as performance, explainability, auditability, and SLAs.
  • Support PoCs and pilots through test design, feedback loops, training, SOP updates, communications, and UAT.
  • Partner with architects and developers, own BA deliverables, coach team members, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Experience facilitating interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio (or similar).
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities in client delivery.
  • Understanding of adoption and change management approaches and familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor others and contribute to reusable BA artifacts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (10 of 20 business days) when required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity about the reasons behind business needs.
