Description

  • Partner with Talent stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Talent systems and reporting tools.
  • Map current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and produce requirement and workflow specifications.
  • Own and prioritize the Talent Tech backlog based on feasibility, effort, and business impact.
  • Define standards for Talent applications and own people data architecture, including taxonomy, naming conventions, ownership, and governance.
  • Handle straightforward system configuration tasks and coordinate more complex builds with engineering or vendors.
  • Assess new tools and vendors against business requirements.
  • Identify automation opportunities, write requirements, and oversee delivery for low-code, no-code, or API-based integrations.
  • Define BI and analytics requirements, including metric logic, data sources, and dashboard validation approach.
  • Lead technical execution of system rollouts and major updates from discovery through UAT and deployment.
  • Design training, onboarding, and adoption materials to support rollout success.
  • Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Engineering on access, integrations, and data flows.
  • Direct contractors or vendors on specific projects or backlog items.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business/systems analysis for HR or Talent tech (HRIS/ATS/LMS) or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong process mapping skills, including workflow diagrams, current/future-state documentation, and requirement specs.
  • Practical understanding of Talent system configuration concepts such as business rules, workflows, permissions, and data structure.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar, plus analytics platforms/data warehouses such as BigQuery.
  • Exposure to automation and integration concepts, including APIs and low-code tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Basic SQL skills for querying and validating data.
  • Experience leading system rollouts or major updates end-to-end from discovery through UAT to deployment.
  • Comfort owning and prioritizing a backlog independently.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian is required.
  • Hands-on configuration experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on automation build experience is preferred.
  • HR domain knowledge, including understanding of OKRs, goals, and KPIs, is preferred.
  • Background in ERP configuration or building directly within an analytics platform such as BigQuery or Snowflake is preferred.
