Description

  • Build and lead a disciplined analytics team and execute a company data and analytics strategy.
  • Own metrics, measurement, experimentation, and the analytics roadmap for a business area.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing analytics professionals.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, business analyses, and models, and productionize analytical work.
  • Partner with growth, product, and engineering teams to ensure the right data is collected for business insights.
  • Drive actionable insights for product, operations, marketing, and engineering decisions.
  • Own and optimize growth metrics across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Define and execute the product growth plan across the full funnel from acquisition to monetization and retention.
  • Design and run A/B tests and optimization programs to improve conversion, adoption, LTV, and churn.
  • Perform funnel, cohort, journey, and user behavior analyses to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics and analytics management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Proven experience in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably CPG or fintech.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling product businesses and owning significant revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Deep SQL knowledge.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Grafana, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, user behavior analysis, and segmentation.
  • Strong communication skills for verbal, written, and visual presentations.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Advanced degree in Business or STEM (preferred).
  • Experience in growth analytics, product analytics, or credit risk analytics (preferred).
  • Background in both mass-marketing and product-led growth models (preferred).
  • Experience managing P&L or budget responsibility (preferred).
