Description

Lead executive and stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project vision, scope, and success metrics.
Align solutions with enterprise business strategy and measurable business outcomes.
Map current-state and future-state value streams and business processes.
Identify bottlenecks and automation or AI opportunities, including human-augmented workflows.
Quantify business benefits such as cycle time, error reduction, capacity, and CSAT improvements.
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data, AI, and GenAI initiatives.
Define data requirements, including sources, quality, latency, and privacy constraints.
Specify model behavior, guardrails, human-in-the-loop interactions, and other non-functional needs such as performance and auditability.
Partner with architects and developers, support experimentation and rollout, and oversee UAT.
Use Generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
Experience facilitating interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels.
Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio or similar.
Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate day-to-day business analysis work in client delivery.
Understanding of adoption and change management approaches and familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks.
Proven ability to coach and mentor others and contribute to reusable BA artifacts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (10 of 20 business days) when required.
