Description

  • Lead discovery, solution design, and data mapping for complex enterprise onboarding projects.
  • Translate client requirements into solution designs and implementation briefs for Onboarding and Integrations teams.
  • Partner with senior Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand processes and desired outcomes.
  • Scope integrations with Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, and similar financial and AP systems.
  • Document non-standard requirements, custom configurations, roadmap dependencies, timelines, and data needs.
  • Provide solution oversight throughout implementation while enabling teams to manage day-to-day execution.
  • Support complex enterprise pre-sales opportunities by validating technical feasibility and implementation considerations.
  • Coach and upskill Onboarding Managers and Solutions Consultants, serving as an escalation point for complex challenges.
  • Improve sales, discovery, scoping, effort estimation, and customer expectation-setting using implementation insights.
  • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to influence product capabilities and roadmap direction, including AI opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including several years in a senior or lead solutions role.
  • Senior-level experience in solutions architecture, solutions consulting, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience in legal technology or e-billing; legal spend management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading discovery and solution design for complex enterprise customers.
  • Experience mapping and scoping integrations across ERP, AP, financial, or other business-critical systems.
  • Ability to translate complex business, process, data, and technical requirements into actionable solution designs.
  • Confidence working with senior Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and structure ambiguous customer requirements.
  • Experience with Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience coaching others and supporting both pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation in enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Valid work authorization in the role's country; visa or work-permit sponsorship is unavailable.

  • Base salary of $165,000–$185,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
