Description

  • Assist with product setup, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on Faire.com.
  • Maintain accurate product and inventory data across Faire storefronts.
  • Optimize product listings, images, and details to improve visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and respond to retailer inquiries with guidance from the Account Manager.
  • Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Help troubleshoot Faire platform issues in collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Research boutique and specialty retail partners across North America.
  • Support outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social media to connect with retailers.
  • Prepare wholesale pitch decks, product bundles, and collection presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records and support wholesale contracts and order processing.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account coordination, B2B sales support, marketplace operations, or ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with independent retail or wholesale platforms such as Faire or Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for consumer brands, retail, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Remote work with PST hours availability.
  • Experience supporting wholesale or ecommerce operations is preferred.
