Description

  • Build and manage comprehensive campaign project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Own campaign launch readiness by creating launch checklists, coordinating cross-functional testing, and securing QA sign-off before go-live.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and external partners to remove blockers and execute campaigns successfully.
  • Define and maintain campaign governance, including suppression rules, audience management, and operational standards.
  • Establish recurring performance reporting on campaign health and engagement metrics such as sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and unsubscribes.
  • Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to leadership and strategic partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis.
  • Develop scalable processes, documentation, and operating cadences for future product launches and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to keep launch commitments and business objectives on track.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a related role within SaaS, healthcare technology, or another technology-driven organization.
  • Experience working with veterinary technology, healthcare technology, Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS), or customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Experience building operational processes that improve campaign execution and organizational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and translating insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with executive leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority while driving accountability across multiple teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
