Description

  • Serve as the primary partner to VMG practices and coordinate onboarding projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure onboarding is properly sequenced, progresses on time, and follows standardized workflows and timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Managers and Specialists to resolve blockers and maintain alignment.
  • Communicate updates, risks, delays, and expectations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and implement contingency plans when needed.
  • Monitor VMG group health and intervene when risks to onboarding success arise.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from internal teams and VMG partners to identify process gaps.
  • Facilitate regular working sessions to refine onboarding workflows and improve the partner experience.
  • Track success metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide timely reporting for process improvement.
  • Drive cross-team alignment by clarifying priorities and resolving conflicting needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, program management, project management, or customer success.
  • Experience working with a consortium or group of independent accounts preferred.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a people-centered approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Totango, or similar systems.
  • Background in veterinary technology, software implementation, or project management preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate in a timely, clear, and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.
  • Based in Latin America, including Central America, with availability aligned to North American business hours.
  • Must provide own equipment and maintain stable internet connectivity from a professional, dedicated workstation.
