Description

  • Conduct client training before go-live events using Nextech’s standard implementation methodology.
  • Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis based on industry best practices.
  • Train clinical and non-clinical staff on proper software use in both individual and group settings.
  • Provide remote training calls, super-user training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and support post-go-live optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align implementation activities with client needs.
  • Communicate implementation progress to customers, project managers, and department managers.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to implementation tracking and customer updates.
  • Travel extensively to customer locations to provide onsite support.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation.
  • Ability to travel 75%+ by long-distance or air travel.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Knowledge of or applicable experience with NexCloud or Nextech Select.
  • Ability to work in customer locations and support onsite training and go-live activities.
  • Must be able to work in all U.S. states except California, New York, Washington, and Colorado.
