Description

  • Proactively prospect and engage HR and People leaders, as well as small-company CEOs, through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Use outbound prospecting, personalized outreach, and strategic follow-up to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings with prospects who match the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Execute structured outbound cadences using SalesLoft across calls, emails, and social touches.
  • Research and target accounts using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM to support smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to share context and pass along qualified meetings.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on feedback, coaching, and performance data.
  • Provide feedback to the Manager and Sales Enablement on ways to improve SDR effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and learn from others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, with SaaS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence speaking with HR leaders and executives.
  • Strong curiosity, determination, and motivation to learn, grow, and achieve measurable goals.
  • Comfort with tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Qualified.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize daily outreach activities.
  • High resilience and ability to recover quickly from challenges and setbacks.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to take on challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn what you do not yet know.
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to receive and implement feedback.
