Description

  • Participate in the full application development lifecycle, from specification to deployment.
  • Design and develop end-to-end product features across the React frontend and NodeJS/Python/MongoDB backend.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support product quality and maintainability.
  • Own feature development and implementation to improve usability and consistency within the product.
  • Build new features using React, JavaScript, Python, MongoDB, and Docker.
  • Collaborate on UI/UX and product capabilities for the employee performance SaaS platform.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and API-based integrations with related systems.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application.
  • Work closely with product management, QA, engineering teammates, founders, and corporate leadership.
  • Contribute to AWS infrastructure that delivers the product to users worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5+ years of development experience.
  • Experience with React, Redux, Python, TypeScript, Node, and/or JavaScript.
  • Practical knowledge of NoSQL and/or SQL databases.
  • Experience building integrations using web services and maintaining APIs.
  • Experience with the AWS stack.
  • Bonus if experienced with Docker and other JavaScript frameworks.
  • Bonus if experienced developing, documenting, and versioning public REST APIs.
  • Bonus if experienced with Node.js.
  • Bonus if experienced with GraphQL.
