Description

  • Design, develop, test, document, and analyze full-stack features for a healthcare insurance platform.
  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features for healthcare workflows.
  • Implement and support serverless architecture on AWS and Azure.
  • Create responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Integrate and customize rules engines for automated decision-making.
  • Use microservices architecture to improve scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency.
  • Use GraphQL to support efficient and flexible data retrieval.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence.
  • Stay current on healthcare technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
  • Strong portfolio with frontend experience in JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Backend experience with C#, .NET, or Java.
  • Experience implementing cloud solutions in AWS or Azure, including serverless environments.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, including designing, deploying, and managing scalable services.
  • Experience with GraphQL for APIs and data retrieval.
  • Strong background in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures.
  • Proficiency with AWS OpenSearch for scalable search and analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills.
  • Healthcare sector experience, especially claims processing, is preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards is preferred.
  • Experience with iOS and Android app development is a bonus.
