Description

Design, develop, test, document, and analyze full-stack features for a healthcare insurance platform.
Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features for healthcare workflows.
Implement and support serverless architecture on AWS and Azure.
Create responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
Integrate and customize rules engines for automated decision-making.
Use microservices architecture to improve scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency.
Use GraphQL to support efficient and flexible data retrieval.
Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence.
Stay current on healthcare technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong portfolio with frontend experience in JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
Backend experience with C#, .NET, or Java.
Experience implementing cloud solutions in AWS or Azure, including serverless environments.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience translating complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Experience with microservices architecture, including designing, deploying, and managing scalable services.
Experience with GraphQL for APIs and data retrieval.
Strong background in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures.
Proficiency with AWS OpenSearch for scalable search and analytics solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Exceptional problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills.
Healthcare sector experience, especially claims processing, is preferred.
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards is preferred.
Experience with iOS and Android app development is a bonus.

Benefits

Competitive salary range of ₹2,500,000 to ₹3,500,000 INR.
