Description

  • Generate qualified meetings and partner with Customer Success and Marketing on warm leads.
  • Demonstrate the value of additional PerformYard products in customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to learn and present product releases, enhancements, and updates.
  • Manage an active sales pipeline of growth opportunities across your territory.
  • Build strong relationships with current customers to identify upsell and account expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Manage your personal sales pipeline and track progress toward revenue targets.
  • Use CRM tools and sales automation to improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate contract details for upsell and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 1+ year in a quota-carrying account management role with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing customer upsell opportunities and negotiating contract details.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in B2B SaaS sales roles.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Ability to present multiple products seamlessly.
  • Experience with QBRs and developing strategic account plans is preferred.
  • Strong public speaking and organizational skills are preferred.
  • Ability to develop and manage executive relationships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with renewal processes is preferred.
