Description

  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Support Oracle EPM and enterprise performance management implementations.
  • Analyze business processes, financial data, budgets, forecasts, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and document technical and functional solutions for client needs.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and clients throughout project delivery.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables in a client-facing environment.
  • Continuously learn new software platforms, business processes, and consulting methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • One to three years of business or IT experience; internships and co-ops count toward this experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analytics, or software/IT.
  • Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial close and consolidation, or account reconciliation.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, accounting practices, or financial modeling preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, ERP/EPM tools, or the full IT project lifecycle preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting and data tools is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization; candidates must not use unauthorized AI assistance during interviews or assessments.
