Description

  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks, including logic models, indicators, data collection plans, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Conduct epidemiologic analyses, surveillance reviews, community health assessments, and other data-driven assessments.
  • Apply contribution analysis and other evaluation methods to complex public health programs.
  • Lead quality improvement engagements, including facilitating projects and developing tools and guidance.
  • Serve as project manager and day-to-day client contact while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal teams, clients, subcontractors, community partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical reports, data summaries, dashboards, presentations, and policy or procedural documents.
  • Support PHAB accreditation readiness, public health initiatives, training, technical assistance, and community outreach.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, scope development, RFP sourcing, and identifying expanded client opportunities.
  • Support staff development and create tools, templates, and guidance that build client capacity.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 4 or more years in a consulting firm environment.
  • Master’s degree in public health or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of client-facing experience, including 2 or more years in project leadership roles.
  • Experience managing client relationships and expanding account scope through high-quality delivery.
  • Strong quantitative and/or qualitative analytical skills and knowledge of appropriate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex findings for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, R, Stata, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with local and state public health systems, data modernization, and performance management.
  • Experience with program evaluation, epidemiology, quality improvement, PHAB accreditation, state-scale evaluations, or people management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Annual salary range of $91,520–$151,840.
