Description

  • Own the annual revenue number for OpenLogic in North America.
  • Drive retention in vulnerable product lines and prioritize ARR as a leading indicator.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Build and convert qualified new business pipeline in targeted segments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Establish a regular cadence of call reviews, 1:1s, deal coaching, and skill-building.
  • Hold sellers accountable for activity levels, pipeline hygiene, and execution quality.
  • Implement a repeatable sales process, buyer profile, playbooks, cadences, and qualification criteria.
  • Own the forecast and deliver it with accuracy.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Technical Support, and Professional Services to align roadmap, demand generation, enablement, retention, and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience.
  • At least 3 years in a regional manager or Director-level role carrying a quota or managing quota-carrying teams.
  • Track record of consistent attainment in mature or competitive markets.
  • Experience in PE-backed or resource-constrained environments where disciplined execution drives results.
  • Familiarity with open source, developer tools, or adjacent infrastructure software markets is a plus.
  • Known as a developer of sellers, not just a manager of results.
  • Ability to give direct, specific feedback that improves performance.
  • Ability to hold people accountable without hurting morale.
  • Ability to read deals accurately and coach sellers to do the same.
  • Ability to prioritize across a portfolio while maintaining focus on individual accounts.
  • Comfort building structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Marketing.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership.
  • AI Fluency Level 2: Skilled Prompter, with ability to craft effective prompts and validate AI outputs against business context.

Benefits

  • Base pay range targeted at $130,000-$140,000 USD.
  • Total pay range listed as $140,000-$280,000 per year.
  • Eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
  • Remote work within the USA.
  • Full-time employment.
