Description

  • Lead the national technical training strategy for Career Accelerator growth and outcomes.
  • Serve as the technical and andragogical subject matter expert for the team.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a nationally distributed team of full-time and adjunct instructors.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality instructional delivery across instructor-led and asynchronous programs.
  • Develop and implement instructor onboarding, training, observation, and evaluation systems.
  • Monitor learner engagement, retention, completion, and certification data to improve outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Curriculum, Enrollment, Career Services, and Employer Partnerships to align training with market and program needs.
  • Build scalable systems for scheduling, staffing, delivery, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Implement supports that improve certification readiness, pass rates, persistence, and completion.
  • Provide instructional insights to inform program iteration and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical training, workforce development, or adult education.
  • Proven success leading instructional delivery at scale across multiple programs and modalities.
  • Experience managing distributed teams of instructors, including adjunct or contract faculty.
  • Strong understanding of certification-based training in areas such as IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or data.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional practices.
  • Experience designing or implementing learner-centered, outcomes-driven training models.
  • Ability to translate complex technical content into accessible learning experiences.
  • Experience building scalable instructional systems, processes, and performance management frameworks.
  • Strong data orientation with the ability to use metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, and instructional technology ecosystems.
  • Preferred residence in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, or WA.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $75,000 to $85,000.
  • Over 40 days of paid time off annually, including holidays, vacation, and sick/personal time.
  • 80 Wellness Hours for sick, safe, or personal reasons.
  • Medical coverage through Cigna or Kaiser Permanente, where available, with HRA reimbursement up to $4,000 for individuals and $8,000 for families.
  • Dental and vision insurance, with employer-paid premiums if medical coverage is waived.
  • 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 6% and full vesting after 90 days.
  • Up to 6 weeks of 100% paid parental leave.
