Description

  • Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs.
  • Lead new hire onboarding coordination and delivery, including scheduling and tracking.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for training requests and advise on available tools and materials.
  • Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the L&D team.
  • Maintain training documentation, records, and reporting to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to build and maintain role-based curricula and annual review processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • 4-6 years of learning and development experience supporting delivery teams.
  • Experience working for a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
  • Proficiency with learning development platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP related to clinical trial management.
