Description

  • Own and scale the end-to-end paid media strategy across existing and emerging channels to drive profitable new customer acquisition.
  • Build, manage, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, bid strategy, and performance improvements.
  • Lead media buyers or agency partners and hold them accountable to performance standards, ROI expectations, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage daily paid media mix and budget allocation to hit weekly traffic, customer, LTV:CAC, and ROI targets.
  • Use attribution and uplift analysis tools to improve in-channel optimization and media mix performance.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across creative, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Brief high-impact ad concepts informed by audience insights and channel best practices.
  • Collaborate with Retention, Brand, Inventory Planning, eCommerce, and Creative teams to support product launches, lifecycle performance, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with the SVP of Growth & Digital on the digital marketing P&L and ongoing performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience at a high-growth DTC ecommerce brand.
  • Demonstrated success scaling new customer acquisition and LTV profitably.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, especially Meta, TikTok, Google SEM/SEO, YouTube, OTT, display, and programmatic.
  • Strong marketing analytics experience is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Northbeam, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, A/B testing platforms, and BI tools like Power BI.
  • Ability to set long-term strategy and translate it into actionable priorities and trackable KPIs.
  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, lean startup environments.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with both qualitative and quantitative customer obsession.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact, complex initiatives with cross-functional collaboration and company-wide visibility.
  • Clear communicator who can explain timelines, roles, responsibilities, and complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance speed, tradeoffs, and impact.
  • Strong organizational leadership and comfort managing through complexity and transition.
