Description

  • Develop and lead brand, content, and go-to-market strategy for evergreen campaigns, seasonal storytelling, and product launches.
  • Define, amplify, and maintain Pepper’s brand voice, positioning, and identity across channels and activations.
  • Create integrated annual content plans and manage the master campaign calendar across launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.
  • Lead the end-to-end go-to-market process from creative brief through activation and post-launch analysis.
  • Use customer research, interviews, surveys, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize marketing performance.
  • Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Growth Marketing to ensure aligned messaging and seamless execution.
  • Oversee copywriting, content execution, social media, blog, and user-generated content programs.
  • Inform PR, partnerships, community events, and activations to drive coverage, traffic, and brand relevance.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs, campaign results, and product launch performance with actionable insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the integrated marketing team across brand marketing, social, content, and community.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of brand marketing or integrated marketing experience at a fast-growing digital consumer brand.
  • Prior experience at an e-commerce apparel brand.
  • Proven success leading campaigns that balance creative goals with commercial objectives.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and coach teams.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive, with experience in founder-led, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to combine creativity with data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, complex timelines, and diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfort challenging the status quo and proposing ambitious ideas that may lead to innovation.
