Description

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns and go-to-market launches across ads, email, site, social, and other channels.
  • Define, build, and own the annual integrated marketing calendar to support sales plans and brand goals.
  • Partner with project management to set go-to-market processes, timelines, and on-time execution.
  • Support content creation, campaign shoots, and experiential activations as needed.
  • Develop community-first campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, collaborations, and activations to grow engagement and awareness.
  • Translate brand vision into strategies that increase awareness, organic reach, and brand affinity.
  • Collaborate with social, PR, and paid influencer teams to create user-generated content and drive launch coverage.
  • Measure campaign performance and brand marketing KPIs, and own launch recaps with recommendations for optimization.
  • Gather customer insights through data, research, interviews, and surveys to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain marketing tools such as quarterly strategy decks, campaign timelines, calendars, and seasonal product priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with digital, social, CX, merchandising, and planning teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Passion for Pepper’s mission to redefine body standards and support small-chested women.
  • 4+ years of brand marketing or integrated marketing experience at a beloved, social-first ecommerce consumer brand.
  • Proven experience driving campaigns that are both emotionally resonant and commercially successful.
  • Strong creative instincts combined with the ability to use insights and data to drive decisions.
  • Highly curious, proactive, and able to adapt cultural trends and conversations into brand moments quickly.
  • Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to create compelling visual and verbal storytelling that captures a brand’s voice and heart.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities, complex timelines, and varied stakeholders.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and propose bold ideas.
  • Alignment with Pepper’s core values of curiosity, resilience, and community.
