Description

  • Own and evolve the brand identity to ensure a cohesive, premium, and recognizable visual aesthetic.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for global markets across digital ads, social media, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with the Science team to turn scientific data into clear visual stories and educational content.
  • Oversee content production for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead the creative process from ideation through execution and coordinate with internal and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate on creative to improve traffic and conversion.
  • Protect brand consistency across the organization and across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with founders and the marketing team to align creative output with company mission and growth goals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in creative direction or brand strategy, ideally in a high-growth D2C startup or international premium health/wellness brand.
  • A portfolio demonstrating clean, professional aesthetics and high-energy, impactful storytelling.
  • Strong strategic mindset with an understanding of how design supports business growth.
  • Good working knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • First experience using AI tools in a creative field is required; proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate complex creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep-rooted interest in longevity, cellular health, and the future of wellness.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
