Description

  • Own the health of client accounts by driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
  • Bridge implementation to launch by configuring platforms and training users.
  • Lead regular client meetings, health reviews, strategic reviews, and business reviews.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues while meeting or exceeding SLAs.
  • Capture client insights and feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Represent the company at conferences, campus visits, and webinars.
  • Cultivate client champions for case studies and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Vitally.
  • Proactively identify churn risk and create and execute success plans.
  • Continuously deepen product and industry knowledge through coaching and learning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or service within B2B SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable and energized by change.
  • Familiarity with CORE ELMS or CORE CompMS is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or higher education is a bonus.
  • Project management skills are an extra plus.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
