Description

  • Lead and develop the Product Marketing team, setting strategy and raising standards for the function.
  • Create positioning and market narrative for Active Intelligence and lead company-wide go-to-market strategy.
  • Plan and execute a continuous cadence of launches, campaigns, release moments, and opportunistic market plays.
  • Own end-to-end adoption and retention outcomes, measuring success through customer behavior.
  • Build product marketing systems, enablement, and AI-native workflows that increase team velocity.
  • Partner with senior Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders to align product development and market execution.
  • Advance and reinvent the Product Marketing function in an AI-native, product-converged operating model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a product marketing or go-to-market function and delivering results through a team.
  • Experience as a founder, early operator, builder, or product marketer with a hands-on, nontraditional background.
  • Product leadership experience with ownership of product positioning, narrative, and go-to-market outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize releases and determine the appropriate scale of market launch or campaign.
  • Hands-on experience using AI daily to create systems, assets, and workflows.
  • Experience reshaping market perception through an original product narrative.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to create leverage with limited resources.
  • Experience building or reinventing a function, team, or company from the ground up.
  • Track record of improving adoption, retention, or revenue with measurable results.
  • Experience working closely with Product as a peer to product leadership.
