Description

  • Lead Penta’s Intelligence platform and define the vision, strategy, operating model, talent, and roadmap for platform, product, and intelligence capabilities.
  • Drive the firm’s AI transformation efforts to improve client delivery, operational effectiveness, and product innovation.
  • Develop, scale, and commercialize proprietary intelligence products, platforms, and methodologies.
  • Embed data-driven insights and intelligence capabilities across advisory services to support differentiated client counsel.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, data sources, and AI capabilities to identify new offerings and innovation opportunities.
  • Elevate Penta’s market profile through thought leadership, industry engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as a market-facing advisor and support business development efforts.
  • Translate complex data and analytical findings into actionable strategic recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading multidisciplinary organizations across product management, data science, analytics, engineering, research, and intelligence functions.
  • Significant business leadership experience with ownership of a substantial P&L, ideally $50 million or greater.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, managing investments, and delivering strong financial performance.
  • Deep expertise in AI transformation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success turning emerging technologies, data assets, and market insights into scalable products, services, and revenue-generating capabilities.
  • Strategic vision with the ability to anticipate market shifts and execute enterprise-wide roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and data-driven insights can be applied within advisory, consulting, communications, or professional services environments.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI-enabled tools and new operating models.
  • Strong executive advisory skills with the ability to engage CEOs and senior leadership teams.
  • Recognized market credibility and thought leadership in AI, intelligence, analytics, product innovation, or stakeholder insights.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Open to candidates based in global office locations in the US, Europe, or Asia, with frequent business travel and flexibility across time zones.
