Description

  • Create new business revenue by identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with high-value players.
  • Execute assigned VIP sales KPIs and contribute to incremental gaming revenue.
  • Manage end-to-end player relationships, including communications, hospitality events, queries, contacts, and escalations.
  • Maintain personalized knowledge of player profiles, behaviors, interests, and preferences to deliver tailored service.
  • Promote existing products, services, initiatives, new game offerings, channels, and platforms.
  • Use daily reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Monitor betting behavior and ensure bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are issued within agreed timeframes.
  • Handle difficult customer interactions calmly and professionally.
  • Work with VIP associates and VIP Executive Hosts to upgrade accounts to higher VIP tiers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, procedures, and business strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of gaming experience, either online or in a brick-and-mortar casino.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to review and comprehend player tracking screens, reports, and related documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external contacts and all levels of employees.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and attend on- and off-property events throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Passion for sports, casino, and/or sports and casino betting.

  • Salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 USD.
  • Commission eligibility for most sales positions.
