Description

  • Lead live trading execution for key sports, leagues, and high-priority events.
  • Oversee pricing accuracy, market integrity, and response times.
  • Monitor and optimize market suspensions, re-open timing, and pricing against market benchmarks.
  • Analyze event performance including hold, competitiveness, and volatility.
  • Identify inefficiencies in templates, pricing flows, tooling, and automation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior traders.
  • Support development of live trading SOPs and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Risk on real-time exposure and player behavior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in assessing and calculating risk.
  • Strong sports betting and/or trading experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong all-around sports betting knowledge and a keen interest in betting and odds is an asset.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience working with sportsbooks or live trading operations is preferred.
