Description

Lead live trading execution for key sports, leagues, and high-priority events.
Oversee pricing accuracy, market integrity, and response times.
Monitor and optimize market suspensions, re-open timing, and pricing against market benchmarks.
Analyze event performance including hold, competitiveness, and volatility.
Identify inefficiencies in templates, pricing flows, tooling, and automation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior traders.
Support development of live trading SOPs and frameworks.
Collaborate with Risk on real-time exposure and player behavior.

Requirements

Proven experience in assessing and calculating risk.
Strong sports betting and/or trading experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and a highly data-driven mindset.
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
Exceptional time management skills.
Strong all-around sports betting knowledge and a keen interest in betting and odds is an asset.
Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience working with sportsbooks or live trading operations is preferred.
