Description

  • Build, QA, and launch email and SMS campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
  • Manage the Jira project board and campaign calendar to ensure sends go out on time.
  • Set up and maintain lifecycle flows such as welcome series, post-purchase onboarding, replenishment, winback, and browse/cart abandonment.
  • Handle segmentation, targeting, and list management within Klaviyo.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to rendering, deliverability, and logic errors.
  • Run ongoing A/B tests across subject lines, creative, offers, timing, and segmentation.
  • Partner with the Director of Lifecycle on the content roadmap, performance reporting, and growth opportunities.
  • Support continuous performance improvements across lifecycle programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Klaviyo is required.
  • Proven experience executing email and SMS programs that drive revenue.
  • Comfort working directly in tools rather than only briefing others.
  • Strong testing and optimization mindset.
  • Experience with Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and logic.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of event-based triggers and customer data flows.
  • Familiarity with Shopify integrations and data structure.
  • Ability to work remotely in a seated desk-based role for 6–8 hours per day.
