Description

  • Source, order, and track HVAC parts and equipment to support field operations.
  • Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and internal teams to determine parts requirements and urgency.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status, resolve delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders proactively.
  • Assist with inventory management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and system records.
  • Support troubleshooting by helping identify the correct parts for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, vendors, and transactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts, purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and parts strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
