Description

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Private Investments team.
  • Work with advisors to enroll qualified investors in private investment funds.
  • Manage client subscription agreements and ensure all subscription paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements for private investment funds.
  • Coordinate with internal operations departments to process and track client requests.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and update records as needed.
  • Research and resolve client issues in partnership with back-office operations teams.
  • Verify outside assets, establish new accounts, and process related account activity when appropriate.
  • Guide and train peers on new tasks and processes.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3-5+ years of job-related experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is required.
  • Prior experience in an office environment with a customer service focus is helpful.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and client focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with coworkers, clients, and business vendors.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Base pay range of $65,000 to $75,000 USD.
