Description

  • Create, schedule, publish, and track social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
  • Manage comments, direct messages, community interactions, engagement monitoring, and advertising support.
  • Create and organize videos, graphics, scripts, guides, workbooks, cheat sheets, and program materials.
  • Build and maintain GoHighLevel email campaigns, automated workflows, follow-up sequences, pipelines, and CRM records.
  • Coordinate calendars, inboxes, scheduling, administrative workflows, task tracking, and leadership follow-ups.
  • Administer digital programs and memberships, including participant communications, progress tracking, resources, and minor platform troubleshooting.
  • Conduct ICP, prospect, market, and lead-generation research; build lead lists and organize findings into reports.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible documentation, marketing assets, project trackers, shared files, and program records.
  • Identify missed follow-ups, workflow gaps, delayed tasks, and process inefficiencies, and proactively escalate them to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, digital operations support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Proficiency with Canva and short-form video tools such as Veed, OpusClip, or similar platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong written English communication skills and professional communication ability.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, task management, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to work consistently during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, entrepreneurs, or small-business leaders (preferred).
  • Experience with online programs or memberships, lead generation, email automation, community management, digital advertising, or basic website editing (preferred).
