Description

Support leadership with scheduling, administrative coordination, and task follow-through.
Manage calendars, communication workflows, project trackers, and operational systems.
Create, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
Manage comments, direct messages, audience engagement, and brand consistency across channels.
Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, CRM records, pipelines, and follow-up processes.
Execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, outreach campaigns, and lead follow-up workflows.
Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, marketing assets, and branded content.
Organize guides, scripts, worksheets, program materials, and digital resources.
Research ideal client profiles, build prospect lists, and support lead generation and outreach.
Compile research, reports, and updates for leadership while keeping shared files and communication organized.

Requirements

Experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, executive assistance, operations support, or digital marketing support.
Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM / marketing automation platform.
Experience with CRM workflows, email campaigns, lead management, pipeline organization, and marketing automation.
Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram content and engagement.
Proficiency with Canva and video-editing tools such as Veed, CapCut, or OpusClips.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
Excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong follow-through.
Availability to work U.S. PST business hours.
Lead generation or outbound prospect research experience is preferred.
Experience with coaching, webinar, membership, or program-based businesses is preferred.
Experience supporting personal brands or founder-led companies is preferred.
Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is preferred.
Basic understanding of paid advertising is preferred.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or launches is preferred.
