Description

Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel pipelines, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, automations, attribution, and workflows.
Manage paid acquisition campaigns, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
Handle lead response, email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, and lead reactivation.
Coordinate podcast and social media content into digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on lead, booking, show, conversion, and patient-economics metrics.
Support development and maintenance of a compliant patient acquisition and retention system.
Manage CRM segmentation, landing pages, and email/SMS automation.
Optimize marketing workflows to generate qualified consultations and recurring patients.

Requirements

Advanced GoHighLevel architecture and automation experience.
Performance marketing experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
Experience with healthcare or wellness marketing systems.
Experience with landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation.
Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and workflows independently.
USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
Internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable service and 10 Mbps backup speed.
