Description

  • Support day-to-day executive operations, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
  • Manage calendars, communication workflows, inboxes, and task follow-through.
  • Maintain organized project tracking sheets, reporting dashboards, and operational systems.
  • Create, design, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms.
  • Manage social media engagement, direct messages, comments, and audience interaction.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos, graphics, and branded content assets.
  • Build and manage email workflows, outreach campaigns, nurture sequences, and participant follow-ups in GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, pipeline tracking, and lead organization.
  • Conduct research to build Ideal Client Profiles and prospect lists for lead generation support.
  • Assist with minor website updates, account setup tasks, and platform coordination.

Requirements

  • Experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing support roles.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, or entrepreneurial businesses is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClips, CapCut, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram management.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking, follow-through, and execution ability.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with lead generation or outbound prospect research is a plus.
  • Familiarity with webinar, coaching, or membership-based businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising and campaign coordination is preferred.
  • Experience supporting personal brands or founder-led businesses is a plus.
  • Must be able to work U.S. business hours, with PST required.
