Description

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners.
  • Track campaign performance metrics including clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI.
  • Onboard new affiliates and provide the creative assets and links they need.
  • Identify top-performing offers and flag underperforming campaigns for review.
  • Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with broader campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks.
  • Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is a plus; training will be provided for the right person.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships.
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards.
  • Clear written communication skills for regular external partner communication.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize independently without constant oversight.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
