Description

  • Administer and optimize core marketing platforms such as Marketo, 6Sense, RingLead, and attribution tools.
  • Build and maintain API- and event-driven integrations between Marketo and other MarTech and SDR systems.
  • Automate data hygiene workflows, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment, to improve lead routing accuracy.
  • Implement intake and workflow automations that connect HelpDesk and Asana forms to platform actions.
  • Build reusable technical assets such as program templates and automation modules.
  • Document technical runbooks and SOPs for platform processes and operations.
  • Set up monitoring and alerting for key integrations and production issues.
  • Use DevOps practices such as Git and CI/CD to reduce production failures and improve operational reliability.
  • Translate process requirements into scalable technical solutions focused on APIs, data models, and automation.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Operations and Demand Gen teams to support efficient marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in a technical role such as Marketing Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar.
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS or complex go-to-market environments.
  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations, including REST/JSON and OAuth.
  • Experience working with third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
  • Solid SQL skills and comfort with relational databases and/or cloud data warehouses.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Understanding of B2B funnel concepts such as MQLs and lead routing.
  • High standards for data quality and the ability to diagnose issues across multiple systems.
  • Experience with lightweight DevOps practices such as environment management and configuration-as-code, preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic cloud services such as serverless functions, containers, and schedulers, preferred.
  • Experience serving as an internal super user for advanced platform features and AI-driven automation, preferred.
  • Background partnering with IT/IS on data privacy compliance such as GDPR and CCPA, preferred.
  • Experience enforcing UTM and campaign taxonomy for global dashboards and analytics, preferred.
