Description

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services.
  • Provide accurate information about available programs and financial solutions.
  • Assess each client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate options.
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and consultative customer experience.
  • Follow up promptly with leads generated through marketing channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up and cold calls when required.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes and communication history.
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals.
  • Share feedback and insights to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and company offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional phone presence and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations professionally and confidentially.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer management software.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies and communication platforms.
