Description

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services.
  • Assess clients’ financial situations, explain available programs, and recommend suitable options.
  • Deliver an empathetic, professional, and consultative customer experience during sensitive financial conversations.
  • Follow up promptly with marketing-generated leads by phone and email, including occasional cold calls as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, communication histories, and lead pipeline status.
  • Track progress toward daily and weekly performance goals, including lead conversion and follow-up completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams and share client feedback and market insights.
  • Stay current on company offerings, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or other client-facing roles.
  • Experience in financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, active-listening, and professional phone skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organization, time-management, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer management software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating with a team.
  • Comfort learning new technologies and communication platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
