Description

  • Handle high volumes of live chats and customer support requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about Binance products and features.
  • Retain regular customers through effective support and issue resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints and document report analyses.
  • Improve customer complaint processes and overall service quality.
  • Handle urgent and unexpected issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and prepare reports assigned by shift leaders or managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in a finance-related major.
  • Prior customer support experience in an e-commerce or financial industry environment is required.
  • Familiarity with customer service operations and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a numbers-driven approach.
  • Experience or knowledge of financial derivative products is a plus.
  • Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is required to coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers.
