Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting towing and roadside assistance.
  • Coordinate roadside support services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer interactions with strong communication and active listening.
  • Manage multiple cases and tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Use computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools to support service coordination.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Operate with minimal supervision while remaining dependable and self-motivated.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Background in towing and roadside assistance is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Proficiency with computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.
  • Applicants must be from Colombia, Pakistan, Venezuela, or Honduras.
