Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Personalize outbound messaging to improve response and reply rates.
  • Test and refine subject lines, angles, and calls to action for better performance.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to priority prospects as secondary support.
  • Follow up consistently across structured outbound sequences and long sales cycles.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Hand off qualified prospects smoothly to Account Executives.
  • Maintain clean CRM records in HubSpot or a similar system.
  • Log all activities, notes, next steps, engagement, and pipeline movement.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics and adjust messaging based on results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outbound SDR, with email-heavy experience preferred.
  • Experience executing structured outbound sequences.
  • Excellent written English that is professional, clear, and error-free.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to work toward daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for personalization is a nice to have.
  • Experience targeting U.S. or U.K. markets is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo.io or Outreach.io is a nice to have.
  • Cold calling experience is a nice to have.
