Description

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for multiple SaaS products.
  • Develop launch plans, positioning, messaging, acquisition strategies, and onboarding experiences.
  • Execute product launches from planning through post-launch optimization.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard beta users for product validation.
  • Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, online communities, partnerships, and founder networks.
  • Build relationships with early adopters and collect actionable feedback.
  • Develop and optimize beta engagement, activation, and retention systems.
  • Create and test product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing copy.
  • Build and manage landing pages, launch campaigns, email sequences, waitlists, onboarding flows, and product announcements.
  • Document launch learnings and build repeatable GTM playbooks and scalable growth processes.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, go-to-market strategy, or product launches.
  • Proven experience launching at least one B2B SaaS product from concept to market.
  • Experience working as an early-stage startup team member, with employee #1–5 experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on execution across product launches, growth campaigns, copywriting, outbound outreach, and demand generation.
  • Experience building scalable launch systems, playbooks, and growth processes.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in venture-backed or high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Webflow, Notion, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or Mixpanel is preferred.
