Description

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and planning for the cardiometabolic portfolio, with priority on new product launches.
  • Partner with product, clinical, and commercial leaders to shape portfolio strategy and launch readiness.
  • Synthesize market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform messaging and roadmap decisions.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for the cardiometabolic suite and new offerings.
  • Lead packaging and pricing strategy for cardiometabolic products and new market offerings.
  • Drive end-to-end launch execution, from pre-launch preparation through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with clinical and thought leadership teams on evidence generation, reports, and messaging.
  • Create marketing assets such as web pages, videos, presentations, ad copy, FAQs, and one-pagers.
  • Support major sales opportunities with pitches, demos, sales decks, and enablement materials.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 product marketers and establish operating rhythms and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Experience in pharma, health plans, PBMs, or virtual care/digital health is preferred.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated product marketing experience in buyer research, messaging, positioning, GTM planning, launches, sales enablement, and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality sales enablement content, including presentations, product guides, and web content.
  • Experience creating KPIs and measurement plans to track marketing execution.
  • Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with cardiometabolic, diabetes, hypertension, prediabetes, weight management, cholesterol, or GLP-1 programs is a plus.
