Description

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for two SaaS product launches.
  • Build launch plans covering positioning, messaging, target audiences, distribution, acquisition, demand generation, and campaign execution.
  • Personally execute GTM initiatives and rapidly test, learn, and iterate based on market response.
  • Identify, recruit, and engage qualified beta users and early adopters.
  • Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Write copy for landing pages, emails, outreach sequences, and launch campaigns.
  • Build and execute demand generation and launch campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track funnel performance, analyze campaign and user data, and improve conversion rates.
  • Document launch processes, workflows, experiments, and lessons learned into repeatable GTM playbooks.
  • Coordinate closely with leadership and stakeholders to keep launches moving quickly.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience across go-to-market, product marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven experience launching at least one B2B SaaS product end-to-end.
  • Experience as an early GTM hire or in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills.
  • Hands-on experience with outreach campaigns, demand generation, product launches, and user acquisition.
  • Ability to build processes and systems from scratch.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort learning from campaign and user data.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal structure.
  • Preferred: experience as an employee #1–5 GTM hire or in a founder-led marketing environment.
  • Preferred: product-led growth experience or running beta/early-access programs.
  • Preferred: familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, email marketing platforms, and landing page builders.
  • Preferred: experience developing repeatable GTM playbooks across multiple launches.
