Description

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and X Ads.
  • Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies and align campaigns with landing pages and marketing funnels.
  • Own campaign architecture, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and budget allocation.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy, messaging, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement proactive optimizations across bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives.
  • Conduct structured A/B tests across ads, headlines, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Track and troubleshoot campaign attribution, pixel implementation, UTM structures, and conversion tracking.
  • Build performance reports and translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and improve lead quality while reducing acquisition costs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Design teams to support broader growth and demand generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong experience driving B2B lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience implementing conversion tracking independently.
  • Ability to build campaigns, launch tracking, optimize performance, and report results independently.
  • Strong ad copywriting and testing skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or large advertising budgets is preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRO tools is preferred.
