Description

  • Own paid media strategy and end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Build, launch, and manage full-funnel B2B lead generation campaigns from scratch.
  • Develop audience targeting, conversion tracking, creative direction, and optimization workflows.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy and align messaging across paid, organic, content, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimizations to improve efficiency and growth metrics.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, headlines, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Track, audit, and troubleshoot analytics, pixel setups, event tracking, attribution flows, and UTM structures.
  • Build performance reports that surface insights, trends, recommendations, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and conversion bottlenecks to improve landing page performance and user flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to support broader growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
  • Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong B2B lead generation background with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with conversion tracking setups and the ability to independently build campaigns, launch tracking, optimize performance, and report results.
  • Strong ad copywriting and testing skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, large advertising budgets, or complex campaign portfolios is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications are preferred.
